Terms of use

MONOKROMATIK is a platform that lets photography and video professionals publish their own site, portfolio and rates, and receive inquiries from potential clients. Each professional is responsible for the content they publish: photos, videos, texts, prices and contact details.

The prices a professional publishes on their site are informational and do not constitute a binding offer or a final quote; the confirmation of a date, a price and a scope of work is agreed directly between the professional and their client, outside the platform.

MONOKROMATIK does not act as an intermediary for payments or collections: it does not process or receive payments between professionals and their clients, and it is not a party to the service contract they agree between themselves.

An account may be suspended when misuse of the platform is detected —illegal content, impersonation, abuse of the contact form or other activity contrary to these terms—, or at the legitimate request of the professional to deactivate their account. While an account is pending email verification, the professional can sign in and edit their information, but cannot publish their site.
