Privacy notice

For each professional registered on MONOKROMATIK we store their email, first and last name, nickname (which defines the address of their public site) and an encrypted version of their password; we never store the password in plain text. We also store the projects, images, videos, texts and rates that the professional decides to publish on their site.

Whoever visits a professional's public site does not need to create an account or provide personal data to view it: the contact form redirects to WhatsApp with a prefilled message, so the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is not stored on our servers.

To show statistics to the professional we count visits and clicks on their site anonymously: without tracking cookies, without storing the IP address or any data that identifies the visitor. Only daily counters per site are kept (how many visits, from what general origin, how many WhatsApp clicks and how many quotes started), never a record of who did what.

The photos and videos a professional uploads to their portfolio are stored privately per professional, without mixing with the files of other accounts.

A professional can request the deletion of their account and the information associated with it at any time.

This text is an initial version; a fuller version will be published later without changing this address.
