How long does it take to deliver?
Photograph between 3 and 5 business days; video between 7 and 10, depending on the duration of the piece. If you need something faster, say so when quoting.
How many photos do I receive per hour?
We deliver the entire edited selection of usable material; in an hour there are usually between 25 and 40 photos.
Traveling outside of Medellín?
Yes. Transportation and, if applicable, accommodation are added to the value of the service and agreed upon in advance.
What does basic video editing include?
Cut, basic color, royalty-free music and simple titles. Advanced animation or motion graphics are quoted separately.
How is it paid?
Half to reserve the date and the rest upon delivery. Prices already include VAT.
Is the total of the quotation the final price?
It is an estimate with the current rates. We confirm availability and the final value by WhatsApp.
